1:1 coaching for execs, leaders, and managers.
Whatever it is you want to focus on, I’ll help you to get clear on ‘the what’ (behaviours) and ‘the why’ (mindset) and we’ll create a reflective space to help you gain clarity, confidence and perspective with equal parts challenge and support, ending with pragmatic experiments.
Just focusing on behaviours can create superficial change so we will also work at a mindset level to ensure any change you create is long lasting.
Some say “the illiterate of our times are those who do not have the ability to unlearn and relearn”, so our process will be sure to unlearn, test, relearn, and build your leadership superpower in this ever-changing world we lead in.

This is close to my heart, as I’ve moved through it all myself and am still navigating the menopause and beyond. That doesn’t mean you’ll get my expertise on it; my experience will not be yours as we are all unique, but you will get my empathy. I’m especially passionate about the life stage I’m in and the women I coach at this level. Too often, experienced, brilliant women leave the workplace in their fifties - sometimes by choice, sometimes not. The irony? They’re better than ever: childcare mostly behind them, huge experience, credibility, and wisdom. Yet businesses lose them - and younger women lose role models.

My ways of working
I create high impact sessions both virtually and face to face. For more complex briefs or when team dynamics are involved, I will encourage face to face but do book a chemistry session or discovery call, and once I understand the need you will always get an honest response that will give you the highest value and ROI.
